How do I order a custom bag?
Unfortunately I am not currently taking orders for custom bags. Due to the nature of the material being 100% recycled, I cannot predict what stock I will have available. Instead I will upload small batches of bags depending on what material I have available!

The bag that I added to my basket was no longer available at checkout, what happened?
Each Oh.Livia bag is completely unique, meaning there will only ever be one of each bag available! Unfortunately, bags will not be reserved just by adding to your basket, you must fully checkout to complete your purchase! If the bag is no longer available at checkout this means that it has already been purchased by someone else.

How often will new bags be released?

Do you accept returns/ refunds?
As each Oh.Livia bag is 1 of 1, returns/ refunds will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please feel free to contact me on Instagram @oh.livia.thelabel for any further enquiries!
